Most importantly we follow a “systems” not “forms” approach to litigation. We use systems to improve efficiency and reduce lawyer hours. Our approach, however, is not formalistic. Each case follows a strategic plan for winning rather than a canned blitzkrieg approach.
We developed this approach because of our firm's history of dealing with clients for whom both winning and money are important. We believe it translates into a cost-effective legal defense system. While winning is always the client's ultimate goal, costs have always been a significant factor. We do not adhere to the philosophy that litigation requires an unlimited budget. We plan our tactics to win cases for our clients in the most cost-effective manner possible and review alternative strategies and their respective costs with the client.
