We have won multi-million dollar real estate joint venture cases, successfully defended business clients against fraud, defective merchandise, product liability, wrongful termination, and indemnity claims and defended directors against negligent mismanagement claims.

Most importantly we follow a “systems” not “forms” approach to litigation. We use systems to improve efficiency and reduce lawyer hours. Our approach, however, is not formalistic. Each case follows a strategic plan for winning rather than a canned blitzkrieg approach.

We developed this approach because of our firm's history of dealing with clients for whom both winning and money are important. We believe it translates into a cost-effective legal defense system. While winning is always the client's ultimate goal, costs have always been a significant factor. We do not adhere to the philosophy that litigation requires an unlimited budget. We plan our tactics to win cases for our clients in the most cost-effective manner possible and review alternative strategies and their respective costs with the client.
