Joshua R. Reyes handles litigation and transactional matters in the areas of business, real estate and general corporate matters. Mr. Reyes represents entrepreneurs and companies in transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, and leasing of major real estate projects as well as assisting with the general business needs of his clients, including formation, development, maintenance, mergers and acquisitions, and dissolution.

During law school, Mr. Reyes provided his services as a conciliator for the Loyola Law School Center for Conflict Resolution and worked as a volunteer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. Mr. Reyes was also the co-founder and Vice President of the Loyola Law School Business Law Society.
